Compensation: $17-25 per hour, based on experience Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Supportive team culture with opportunities for growth Open to recent graduates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn Key Responsibilities Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during a variety of dental procedures Take impressions and fabricate temporaries Perform four-handed dentistry with efficiency Take and process digital X-rays (FMX, bitewings) Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software Ensure patient comfort and excellent communication before, during, and after procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory Qualifications Minimum of 12 months verifiable chair-side dental assisting experience preferred (not required) X-Ray/Radiology Certification required Experience with taking impressions, making temporaries, and four-handed dentistry is a plus Proficiency with FMX and Bitewings Knowledge of Dentrix preferred Bilingual candidates preferred (not required) Must have reliable transportation Positive, team-first attitude INDHRDA02

Responsibilities

Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during various dental procedures and ensure patient comfort through excellent communication. Maintain accurate patient records and sterilize instruments to keep the operatory clean and organized.
