Description

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking to hire a Dental Assistant for our Mobile Team who is passionate about providing quality healthcare to our patients and communities. We are looking for Friendly, Accessible, Credible individuals to join a great team. Responsibilities: * Competently operates standard dental equipment, which may include autoclave, air/water syringe, suction, X-ray units, dental units and other office specific equipment. * Competently operates dental office software. * Efficiently pulls and files dental records according to standard office procedures. Follows dental records policy for constructing new dental records. * Correctly verifies all dental records for updates as needed. This may include consent forms, updated * Must be willing to travel Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent * 1-2 years experience preferred * X-ray license required or obtained within the first 6 months of employment * Dental Assisting program preferred * Certification in dental assisting preferred.

Responsibilities

The Dental Assistant will competently operate standard dental equipment, including X-ray units and autoclaves, and efficiently manage and verify dental records according to office procedures. Responsibilities also include utilizing dental office software and being willing to travel as part of the Mobile Team.
