Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Responsibilities Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day Qualifications Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care Preferred Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills A positive, team-first attitude Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Join a Team That Cares At Midwest Dental in Menomonie, you’ll find a supportive team, a welcoming patient community, and a workplace where your contributions truly matter.
