Hiring Dental Assistants for Pediatric Dental Office (Full-time)!

Pay: $18-$25 per hour (dependent on experience and skill level) plus benefits and bonus pay
Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during (pediatric) dental procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for young patients.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment in accordance with aseptic techniques.
• Manage patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining phone etiquette when and as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on dental hygiene and post-treatment care.
