💰 Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at $18/hr, with higher compensation available for candidates with valuable experience! What You'll Do: ✔ Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. ✔ Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and arranging necessary materials. ✔ Support treatments like cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. ✔ Handle, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment. ✔ Ensure efficient patient flow by coordinating with the front office team. ✔ Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment. ✔ Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays). What We're Looking For: ✔ Hands-on experience in a general dentistry setting (preferred). ✔ Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials. ✔ Proficiency in taking and processing dental radiographs. ✔ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. ✔ A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for patient care. ✔ Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (a plus!).
