Company Overview Standley Lake Family Dental is an established general dentistry clinic seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time. This is a 4 day per week position providing you with long weekends and a great work life balance! Schedule: We have a rotating schedule alternating Mondays and Fridays. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 7am-4pm Wednesdays 8am-5pm Fridays 7am-2pm Compensation: $25-$30/hr, plus attainable monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Benefits: We offer a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and EAP. Responsibilities: Genuinely welcome patients into the practice Assist the dentist chairside A thorough review and update of the patient's health history Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon Provide post-operative instructions Order and stock supplies, and any additional duties as necessary Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant in general dentistry required Active CPR Certification required X-Ray Certification Required EDDA experience and certification preferred Dental Assistant Certification preferred Accepting applications until April 30, 2026 or we find the right candidate Pay Range USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
Responsibilities
The dental assistant will provide chairside support to the dentist, prepare patients for treatments, and ensure the clinic remains sterile according to OSHA standards. Additionally, they will manage patient health records, present treatment plans, and maintain inventory of supplies.
