About the Practice:
Bupa Dental is introducing a brand-new practice in Crows Nest, NSW! Our new state-of-the-art practice is seeking dedicated dental assistant/receptionists to join our new team. We are opening our doors to our new team in August with a July start date, where you will see yourself network and train within our Bupa Dental network until we open our doors in August! The Opportunity:

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Crows Nest, NSW practice available for a dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist seeking permanent full-time work:

  • Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  • Treatment coordination
  • Provide instrument sterilisation
  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Making patients aware of dental services and offers
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

You’ll be:

  • We welcome all applicants of all experience levels; however, prior experience will be highly regarded
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded however not required
  • You’re a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
