JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. The Dental Assistant/Receptionist will be crossed trained to assist both the administrative or clinical teams based on the office needs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with pediatrics, general dentistry, and dental assisting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation practices and infection control standards is essential.
  • Experience with dental imaging technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
