Job Description

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded DA/Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:

  • Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
  • Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
  • Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
  • Provide excellent patient care and support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Greet patients and visitors.
  • Schedule appointments, and process payments and health insurance claims.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
