JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced dental office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Taking x-rays & assisting will also be required. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others in a healthcare setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in managing electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
    A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
