ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the dynamic team at Total Smiles Dental as a Casual Dental Assistant. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to patients in our modern practices located in Fawkner and Craigieburn, VIC.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing the treatment room, sterilising instruments, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
  • Providing excellent patient care by greeting patients, ensuring their comfort, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, including charting, treatment notes, and scheduling appointments
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks, such as answering phone inquiries, processing payments, and ordering supplies
  • Adhering to all infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
