JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental or medical office setting and will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and facilitating efficient communication between patients and dental staff. The Dental Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of the office and providing exceptional patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience with Epic and Dentrix is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Experience handling front desk operations, including managing appointments and patient inquiries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in individual tasks.
