Responsibilities
  • Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures.
  • Take and record patient medical histories and vital signs.
  • Assist dentists during various dental treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Sterilize and arrange dental instruments and equipment.
  • Prepare and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims.
  • Adhere to strict infection control procedures.
  • Assist during dental emergencies and administer basic life support if needed.
  • Stay updated on dental technology and procedures through continuing education.
