BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Previous experience as a dental sterilization technician or in a dental office.
Responsibilities

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure a complete, efficient day with minimal gaps.
  • Handle patient calls and inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude, including appointment confirmations and modifications.
  • Manage potential cancellations and encourage patients to keep their scheduled appointments.
  • Process patient billing, accept payments, and submit insurance claims and predeterminations.
  • Collect outstanding balances professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain an accurate patient recall system and database.
  • Process referral letters and patient correspondence promptly.
  • Organize and file patient records and charts accurately.
  • Coordinate lab cases efficiently.
  • Manage the office social media posts.

CLINICAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments/equipment to strict safety standards.
  • Maintain sterilization logs and equipment compliance.
  • Prep treatment rooms and organize clinical inventory.
  • Manage sterilization supply orders and maintain a tidy clinical workspace.
    As you progress, you will take on more advanced RDA duties under the guidance of our team.
