Currently, we're in search of a highly motivated Part-time cross trained Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator. Candidate should have a strong work-ethic, be a team player and possess the ability to multitask Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and seat patients Handle heavy phone volume Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor Schedule appointments for doctors & hygienists Set up trays as indicated by the days’ charts Enter patient treatment plans Discuss treatment needs with patients & make financial arrangements Review schedules and anticipate the doctor’s needs in advance Assist chairside using four-handed dentistry Take x-rays as needed Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient Take alginates/pour and trim models Package and sterilize instruments Keep operatory fully stocked Estimate, collect, & post patient payments Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed General office duties (printing/faxing/computer data entry, etc.) Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Dental reception experience Excellent computer skills Superior customer service skills Willingness to learn & grow A desire to become part of our family-oriented team & support our mission to deliver the best patient experience possible!
