We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team supporting our Goodlettsville & Nashville - Antioch locaitons. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours) mon - fri 8 hr days Responsibilities Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation $18-22/hr About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
