We are a modern private dental practice in Tunbridge Wells seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Associate to join our growing team. We are a principal led practice, with both principals working on site and aiming to deliver the best for each patient. Position Details:

  • Job Title: Dental Associate
  • Location: Tunbridge Wells
  • Job Type: Self-Employed – Permanent
  • Start Date: October (flexible)
  • Working Days: One day per week - Ideally Monday (Can be flexible)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Pay Structure: 50% of income

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
  • Have a holistic approach to patient care, implementing personalised treatment plans according to clinical need.
  • Perform a range of dental procedures to a high standard of care.
  • Educate and motivate patients to maintain excellent oral health through preventive care advice.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to create and deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Ensure exceptional patient care and a positive experience during every visit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Valid GDC registration to practice as a Dentist in the UK.
  • Experience - Minimum 2-3 years UK experience - portfolio is essential, please send with CV.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient-focused approach with a passion for preventive dentistry.
