Maternity Cover Associate Position - 4-5 days per week 08:30-17:00
Potential to continue in part time position following maternity cover.
An opportunity has arisen at our mixed 6 surgery multi-disciplinary practice in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
We are seeking an ethical and highly experienced dentist to help us with our NHS Contract and continuing Private growth. A keen interest in either cosmetic, advanced restorative or Invisalign would be a bonus, but not a restriction for the right candidate.
Our focus Is on delivering exceptional standards in patient service and treatment. The associate joining our team will work closely with the treatment coordinator, front of house, and clinical support teams to support and deliver a first-class patient journey.
We will provide full clinical freedom and a new surgery with access to advanced equipment including the Trios 3 scanner.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• General Dentist: 2 years minimum experience in general dentistry.
• The candidate must have experience in all aspects of general dentistry.
• Candidates must have a performer number for NHS work. The uptake of private treatment from NHS registered patients is high.

ASSOCIATE ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS AND CLINICAL INTERESTS

• The successful candidate must have a willingness to be part of a team and have the ability to utilise the skills of a whole team.
• All applicants should be expert clinicians, skilled communicators and demonstrate an enthusiasm for providing clinical excellence and empathy towards patients and to nurses that may be assisting them.
