Description

JOB DESCRIPTION; MON-THUR (4 DAYS/WEEK)

We are looking for an experienced CAD designer with full-arch and implant experience to manage all digital design and 3D printing for our premium in-house dental lab. You will design everything from single crowns to complex full-arch zirconia cases, prepare and print surgical guides, and produce models and PMMAs for final processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design single-unit crowns, bridges, and full-arch zirconia restorations (All-on-X, PMMAs) in Exocad or 3Shape.
  • Print/Prepare surgical guides(already designed by another technician), bone reduction guides, and pin guides for printing.
  • Operate and maintain 3D printers, wash/cure stations, and related equipment.
  • Post-process printed items (polish, finish, QC).
  • Coordinate closely with the master ceramicist to ensure designs meet esthetic and functional standards.
  • Maintain resin and consumable inventory.
  • Ensure all digital files are accurate and ready for production.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ CAD design experience in a dental lab setting.
  • Proven ability to design full-arch implant restorations and surgical guides.
  • Proficient in Exocad or 3Shape.
  • Skilled in 3D printing workflows, including post-processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
