We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized Dental Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in a dental laboratory/industry senior leadership role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with training in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support employees, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution, adhering to all company policies and procedures; track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Perform Customer Service Management; directly interacting with customers over the phone, in-person or by email to resolve issues as necessary
  • Monitor case progress and maintenance to ensure company and industry standards are met in customer retention efforts
  • Meet with prospective clients to develop new sales or grow existing clients for the company
  • Plan and execute ongoing productivity improvement strategy across the laboratory operations, leveraging internal and external best practices
  • Assist with a sales and marketing strategy that integrates with the corporate sales team to attain budgeted sales revenue goals. This may include special sales projects or activities as directed by senior management
  • Attend in-person trade shows, meetings, and other events as required
  • Collaborate and interact interdepartmentally in order to maintain alignment with the company’s operational priorities, strategies, and labor budget
