We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized Dental Technician specializing in Ceramic Restoration. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Job Description Responsibilities: Responsible for facial cutback layering of porcelain, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior zirconia and e.max restorations Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect Proficiency in full contour crown and bridge contouring and stain and glaze Ability to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain and staining work Ability to do final quality inspection of crown and bridge cases with efficiency Ability to match and create custom shades and meet tight deadlines Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment Maintain clean equipment and work area All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing of highly realistic and aesthetic ceramic restorations Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards Strong communication skills Excellent hand/eye coordination Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities High School diploma or equivalent required Additional Information *All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Responsibilities

The role is responsible for layering porcelain, contouring, and glazing high-end anterior and posterior zirconia and e.max restorations to produce expected aesthetics. This includes performing final quality inspections efficiently and operating various dental laboratory tools and equipment.
