OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Dental Clinic Manager to lead our practice with a focus on the Four Ps: People, Patients, Practice, and Performance. This role is unique — our Clinic Managers are empowered to concentrate on what truly drives success: building strong teams, delivering outstanding patient experiences, growing the practice, and driving revenue. By reducing day-to-day administrative burdens, we enable our managers to focus on leadership, strategy, and performance outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or dental setting, with a track record of achieving results through people.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff, patients, and clinicians alike.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Organised, results-focused, and motivated by the challenge of balancing patient care with practice performance.
