QUALIFICATIONS FOR BRANCH MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Dentistry or Business MBA (Preferred)
  • 5+ years experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • 2+ years’ of management experience in a dental clinic (Mandatory).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families, and other care providers
  • Knowledge of medical clinic office practices, including terminology

EXPERIENCE:

  • Dental clinic management: 3 years (Required)
  • sales and customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
  • Develop protocols and procedures to deliver optimal patient care
  • Assessing branch processes, workflows, and staffing to continuously improve the patient experience
  • Managing internal and external communications
  • Supervise daily operations of the branch
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and review of department training programs.
  • Provides operational leadership to clinicians, and the direct supervision of clinical support staff such as mentoring, counseling, disciplining, and supporting team dynamics.
  • Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, and medical staff
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with government and federal laws
