Your tasks:

• Active consultation and support of our patients
• Coordination of individual treatment plans and cost calculations
• Responsibility for scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Supporting patients with insurance matters
• Monitoring and tracking of payments
• Answering telephone and written inquiries
• Building trust through communication with our VIP patients

Requirements

Your profile:

• Completed training as a dental assistant (preferably also as a dental practice manager or practice manager)
• Billing knowledge is desirable
• Several years of professional experience in a dental practice, good overview of all disciplines of dentistry
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Excellent service skills
• Interest in further training and development
