Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Job Description Primary Responsibilities & Skills: Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Qualifications: Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Maintain clean equipment and work area Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
