Description We are seeking an experienced Dental Equipment Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair services for dental offices throughout the Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, field-based position requiring daily travel within an assigned territory. This role is best suited for a technician who can operate independently, manage a daily service route, and represent the company professionally in dental offices with minimal supervision. You will be joining a well-established and growing company operating in multiple states, with a strong reputation for quality service, reliability, and long-term client partnerships. Requirements Job Requirements Perform preventive maintenance on dental equipment Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dental equipment on site Service dental chairs, delivery systems, compressors, vacuums, sterilizers, and related equipment Identify equipment issues and recommend corrective actions Accurately document service calls and work performed Communicate clearly and professionally with dental office staff and providers Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in clinical environments Travel daily throughout the Los Angeles metro area Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience servicing dental equipment in clinical environments Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Proven ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules Experience working directly with dental office staff and providers Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and transport tools and equipment as required Preferred Equipment Experience Experience with one or more of the following manufacturers is strongly preferred: A-dec Midmark Pelton & Crane Dentsply Sirona Planmeca Belmont Air Techniques NSK KaVo DentalEZ Preferred (Not Required) Dental equipment manufacturer training or certifications X-ray or radiation safety certification OSHA or electrical safety training Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Compensation and Benefits $33–$40 per hour, depending on experience Car allowance Full-time, stable workload Long-term opportunity with a growing, multi-state service organization
