QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical billing practices and familiarity with coding systems (ICD-10).
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to operate phone systems efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of patient service protocols and commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems (Epic) is a plus.
