Dental Front Desk Coordinator Flossmoor, IL The Center for Dental Excellence is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is often the first interaction patients have with our office, so we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. The Front Desk Coordinator supports the daily flow of the office by assisting with patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, answering phones, and helping ensure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit. The Center for Dental Excellence: 19615 Governors Hwy, Flossmoor, IL 60422 Office Schedule: * Monday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM * Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (2 per month) Compensation: * $20-$23 per hour (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities: * Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner * Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient questions or scheduling * Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate information is recorded * Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information * Help keep the schedule running smoothly and communicate with the clinical team regarding patient flow * Assist with last-minute insurance verifications when needed * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation * Provide support to other team members when directed Qualifications: * Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a dental office. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes. * Proficient in using dental office software and general office applications. * High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds at time.
