OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong clerical skills, proficient in office management, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous dental experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a must.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer support or service-oriented roles is highly valued.
  • Clerical experience including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of dental of proper dental coding.
