Pediatric Dental Front Desk $25–$30/hour | Full-Time Join our fun, fast-paced pediatric dental practice as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused professional who enjoys working with children and families while helping create a positive, welcoming office experience. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and parents, helping ensure smooth scheduling, excellent communication, and a seamless front-office experience from check-in to check-out. What You’ll Do Greet patients and families warmly, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally and compassionately Verify insurance information and assist families with understanding coverage and payments Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day Reactivate overdue patients and help maintain a productive schedule Collect patient payments and support front office financial processes What We’re Looking For Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy office Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset Comfortable discussing scheduling, insurance, and financial information with patients and families Experience with dental software and scheduling systems is a plus Schedule This is a full-time, 40-hour position. Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1½-hour lunch break daily) Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Administrative day – office closed to patients) Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Surgery day — breakfast and lunch provided by the doctor for the team) Every 3rd Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Overtime is rare, but when applicable, it is paid at time-and-a-half. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with Dentrix. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment PAY: range is $25 - 30 Pay is twice a month on the 6th and 21st BONUS SYSTEM: there is a great bonus system BENEFITS: Medical insurance, we pay up to 85% of premium Dental (in office, if we can't do it, reimburse 50%) PAID VACATION: ONE week after one year Paid holidays if falls on a work day Offering paid continuing education for those who are interested
