As a Treatment and Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. This is a role where your ability to connect with people, provide tailored solutions, and support patients throughout their treatment will make a meaningful impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Consultations: Guide patients through their treatment options with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Treatment Planning: Coordinate and communicate treatment plans, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
- Sales and Conversions: Utilise your sales expertise to help patients confidently choose the best solutions for their needs.
- Scheduling and Follow-Ups: Manage appointments and ensure seamless patient experiences from start to finish.
- Support Team Excellence: Work closely with our clinicians and administrative staff to maintain our high standard of care.
