Position Overview: As a Dental Hygiene Assistant, you’ll work closely with our dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow, maintain a clean and sterile work environment, and assist with a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
  • Assist hygienists with patient care as needed
  • Take and process dental x-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
  • Provide excellent chairside support and patient communication
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
  • Help with scheduling, inventory, and other front-office duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous dental or healthcare experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
