JOB SUMMARY

Manage daily front office operations at the dental hygiene clinic while providing limited administrative support to the Department Chair, Clinic Manager, and faculty. This role ensures effective patient scheduling, clinic recordkeeping, and student-patient coordination, along with essential departmental administrative tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and budget reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental scheduling software.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities across front-desk and administrative functions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all responsibilities.
