Our Product: We create online exam prep solutions designed to help students pass certification exams. We are in the US and Canada.
NOTE: In this position, you will be working with schools in the US and Canada.
Role Description: As the School Engagement Coordinator, you will focus on building relationships with faculties, program coordinators, and directors in schools across the dental hygiene schools. Your role will be crucial in creating awareness about our products and encouraging schools to recommend them to their students. This is not a high-pressure sales role; instead, you will focus on education and relationship-building. The goal is ensuring schools have awareness of our products and services, and they are comfortable recommending StudentRDH exam prep solutions.

5. COLLABORATION WITH MARKETING & EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT

  • Work alongside the marketing team to create effective outreach materials such as pamphlets, demo accounts, and books to engage schools.
  • Act as the “eyes and ears” for education development—sharing feedback from school interactions that could inform future product improvements or marketing strategies.

6. RECOMMENDING PROFESSORRDH EDUCATION METHODOLOGY COURSES

  • Our goal is not just to talk about the exam prep solutions. It is also to share the passion we have for educational methodology, through a brand called ProfessorRDH. we provide mainly free courses, to support the faculty members in a dental hygiene school.
  • Through conversations, find who could be a good speaker for the students and faculties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have experience in communicating (emails, phone calls, zoom calls) and creating long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of creating a structured process.
  • Not intimidated about talking to faculties and decisions makers you have never met.
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to ask questions to understand the prospective person, and to provide the important information they need. Ability to listen and understand the needs of school faculties, working in a consultative, non-pushy manner.
  • Dynamic presentation skills, ability to share a passion and information well, via online platforms, and in person.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software (Pipedrive preferred).
  • A passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Preferred if: Previous experience working with CRMs, and sales process.
  • Preferred if: Previous experience in teaching or administration within a school
