POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Dental Hygienist role within mission-driven community healthcare organization • Opportunity to provide preventative dental care and patient education within supportive clinical environment • Stable weekday schedule with early Friday finish and no weekend requirements • Collaborative care model with full dental support staff provided • Community-focused practice emphasizing quality patient care and continuity COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $62,000+ based on experience • Additional $3,000 salary increase available after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification SCHEDULE • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM • No weekends required ROLE • Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth • Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth • Assess patient oral health and communicate findings to dentists • Document patient care and treatment plans • Educate patients on preventative oral healthcare practices ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient community dental clinic • Mission-driven healthcare organization • Full dental support staff provided • Patient-centered clinical environment • Stable weekday outpatient structure BENEFITS • Health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match • 160 hours PTO • 8 paid holidays • CME allowance and paid CME time • Employer-paid life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability coverage Requirements • Clear and active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED • Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED • Experience providing preventative dental care preferred • Ability to work collaboratively within outpatient dental environment REQUIRED • Community-focused care approach preferred Not ready to formally apply?
