POSITION OVERVIEW Provide preventive dental hygiene services in a modern outpatient dental practice. Perform prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive procedures. Assess patients' oral health and communicate findings to the supervising dentist. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Work alongside experienced dentists and a dedicated support staff focused on quality patient care. WHY DENTAL HYGIENISTS ARE APPLYING Monday-Thursday schedule from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Fridays end at 1:30 PM. Long weekends every week. Supportive clinical and administrative team. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours of Paid Time Off. Eight paid holidays. Additional $3,000 annual salary increase after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification. Mission-driven community health organization. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: Starting at $62,000 with higher compensation based on experience. Health insurance.
