COMPENSATION Base Salary: Starting at $62,000 with higher compensation based on experience. Additional $3,000 added to base salary after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours of Paid Time Off plus 8 paid holidays. Continuing education time and allowance. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide preventive dental hygiene services within a collaborative outpatient dental practice. Perform cleanings, remove tartar, plaque, and stains, and apply fluoride and sealants. Assess oral health, identify potential concerns, and communicate findings to the dentist. Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene best practices. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and support comprehensive dental care plans. Work alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to quality, patient-centered care. WHY DENTAL HYGIENISTS ARE APPLYING Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Tuesday: 8:30 AM-7:00 PM.
