COMPENSATION Base Salary: Starting at $62,000+ based on experience. Additional $3,000 added to base salary after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours Paid Time Off. 8 paid holidays. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide preventive dental hygiene services in an outpatient dental setting. Apply sealants and fluoride treatments to help protect teeth. Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth. Assess patients' oral health and communicate findings to dentists. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately. Support comprehensive dental care through patient education and preventive services. WHY DENTAL HYGIENISTS ARE APPLYING Monday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM. Tuesday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Structured and team-oriented outpatient dental environment. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License. Ability to apply sealants and fluoride treatments. Ability to remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth. Ability to assess oral health and communicate findings to dentists. Strong patient education and preventive care skills. Ability to document patient care and treatment plans accurately. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
