Your Role as a Dental Hygienist * Deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride application * Take and interpret digital radiographs * Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting * Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices * Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care * Maintain accurate patient records and uphold OSHA/HIPAA compliance What We’re Looking For * Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program * Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification * Local anesthesia certification (preferred) * Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset * Experience in a dental office setting (preferred; new grads welcome!)
