Dental Hygienist - $55 - $65/hr - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Location: Reading, PA (Wyomissing, Muhlenberg, Sinking Spring) Compensation: $55 – $65 per hour (bonus potential for full-schedule coverage) Company: American Dental Solutions Employment Type: Short-Term / Temporary Assignment About the Role: American Dental Solutions is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to help over Summer vacations coverage beginning in May/June. This is an excellent opportunity for hygienists looking for flexible summer work without long-term commitment with No Agency Fee deductions. Work as little or as much as you want, we are open to discussing options. Additional incentives may be available for candidates who elect to cover the entire temporary schedule. This role supports offices in the Reading, PA area, including Wyomissing, Muhlenberg, and Sinking Spring. Key Responsibilities: * Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. * Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants. * Conduct comprehensive assessments of teeth, bone structures, and periodontal tissues. * Identify and document abnormalities or potential conditions. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. * Deliver high-quality, patient-focused dental care. Compensation & Benefits: * High hourly pay: $55–$65 per hour. * $2,500 Sign-On bonus * Optional summer-only scheduling. * No agency fee involvement, retain your full rate. * Bonus opportunities for covering full short-term schedules. * Supportive, patient-centered dental team in the Reading, PA region.
