Trusted pediatric dental practice serving children and families in the community Fun, upbeat, and supportive team culture Modern office with advanced dental technology Strong focus on preventive care and patient education Rewarding work helping children and families maintain healthy smiles Experience & Key Responsibilities: Perform dental hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventive treatments Take and process dental X-rays as appropriate Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and at-home care Provide compassionate care to children and support a calm, positive experience Maintain accurate patient records and chart clinical findings Ensure strict compliance with infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to support patient care plans Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license per state requirements Previous hygiene experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus Strong knowledge of child-friendly dental hygiene techniques and patient education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined Join our team and be part of a practice dedicated to excellence in pediatric dental care.
