Description Birch Tree Pediatric Dentistry in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a privately-owned, dynamic, and patient-centered pediatric practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children and families. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a warm, supportive environment. Perform prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and radiographic exams. Administer local anesthesia and apply preventive dental sealants. Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene, preventive care and dietary counseling. Manage sterilization protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards. Assist with inventory monitoring and supply management. Assist with charting, treatment notes, and maintaining accurate patient records. Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide high-quality, child-centered care. Demonstrate flexibility to assist with front or back-office tasks as needed. Collaborate with the dental team to implement new systems and workflows. Support the practice’s growth by bringing fresh, innovative ideas and enthusiasm. Requirements Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Arizona. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required – we will provide training for the right candidate. Certification to administer local anesthesia (or willingness to obtain). CPR, HIPAA, and OSHA certified (must be obtained within 90 days and offered in-office). Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for pediatric care.
