REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH) – FULL-TIME We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join a structured, patient-focused orthodontic practice. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance * Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal charting * Take and review digital X-rays * Place and remove Invisalign attachments as directed by the orthodontist * Provide clear aligner and braces home care instructions * Educate patients on oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment * Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures when needed * Support pediatric patients with preventive care and hygiene education * Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when appropriate * Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols * Accurately document all treatment in the electronic dental record WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Active RDH license in good standing * Strong knowledge of preventive dental care * Comfortable working in a structured, efficient environment * Excellent communication skills * Reliable attendance and professionalism * Commitment to long-term growth   Job Type: Full-time on site some local travel required  Compensation: Pay range starting at $45 an hour with bonus  Job Location: In-person; local travel only  Work Hours: Full Time  Diamond Braces is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal and state employment laws.
