Full-Time Dental Hygienist Location: Yelm, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $120K to $140K per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to join a structured dental team of 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants. The practice uses Dentrix for all charting and documentation. In this role, you will handle hygiene procedures, patient education, x-rays, and clinical documentation while helping maintain a smooth daily workflow. Responsibilities: Deliver routine hygiene care and deep cleanings as appropriate Monitor and document gum health, plaque buildup, and oral conditions Take digital x-rays and assist with diagnostic support Update charts and maintain accurate treatment documentation Share clear home care instructions with patients of all ages Prepare patients for exams and assist the dentist with clinical communication Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements Previous experience in a dental office preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision Bring your skills to a practice where your work can make a real difference every day.
