Dental Hygienist Location: Olympia, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $120K to $140K per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to support preventive care, patient education, and clinical efficiency in a busy dental office. In this role, you will provide cleanings, assess oral health, capture x-rays, and help patients understand how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Your work will play an important part in both patient care and the daily rhythm of the practice. Responsibilities: Complete prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance appointments Assess oral health and identify areas that need further evaluation Capture x-rays and maintain clear patient records Review medical histories and note changes before treatment Explain oral hygiene techniques and preventive care recommendations Assist with treatment planning by reporting findings to the dentist Apply preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements Previous experience in a dental office preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision Bring your skills to a practice where your work can make a real difference every day.
