Dental Hygienist Location: Centralia, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $120K to $140K per year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summary: We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care and support daily operations in a well-structured dental office using Dentrix. You will be working alongside 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants, handling cleanings, screenings, x-rays, charting, and patient education. This role plays a direct part in keeping patient care organized, efficient, and consistent. Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures Take and review dental x-rays as needed Examine patients for signs of gum disease, tooth decay, and other oral health concerns Record patient histories, chart conditions, and update treatment notes Educate patients on brushing, flossing, and home care habits Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when appropriate Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical space Degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Ability to take dental radiographs in accordance with state requirements Previous experience in a dental office preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision Bring your skills to a practice where your work can make a real difference every day.
