Dental Hygienist Location: Centralia, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: Our Centralia dental office is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to support preventive care and help patients stay on top of their oral health. In this position, you will handle hygiene appointments, take x-rays, chart in Dentrix, and provide practical patient education. You will be joining a smaller office with 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants, where teamwork, reliability, and clear communication matter day to day. Responsibilities: Complete dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance visits Take and document radiographs Update patient records and treatment details in Dentrix Review medical histories before appointments Monitor for gum disease, plaque buildup, and other concerns Explain oral hygiene instructions in a clear and helpful way Associate degree or higher in Dental Hygiene Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Experience using Dentrix preferred Previous dental office experience preferred PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision We would love to connect with someone who is ready to bring solid clinical skills and a steady presence to our office.
