Dental Hygienist Location: Centralia, WA Position: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team in Centralia, WA. This full-time role is a key part of how we care for patients each day. You will provide preventive hygiene services, take x-rays, keep clinical records updated in Dentrix, and help patients understand the next steps in caring for their oral health. Our office has 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, and 2 Dental Assistants on staff, so this role is best suited for someone who works well in a close team and values a smooth, well-managed schedule. Responsibilities: Perform routine cleanings and preventive hygiene treatments Take dental radiographs and assist with patient assessments Document treatment notes and charting in Dentrix Review health history and update records as needed Identify oral health concerns and communicate findings to the dentist Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments when appropriate Associate degree or higher in Dental Hygiene Active Washington Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Experience using Dentrix preferred Previous dental office experience preferred PTO: 3 Weeks Health Insurance Dental Vision We would love to connect with someone who is ready to bring solid clinical skills and a steady presence to our office.
