Dental Hygienist 4 ½ day schedule available Our office provides exceptional care and service with a primary focus on TMJ/Cosmetics/Reconstructive Dentistry. We offer: * Competitive Pay * Bonus Incentives * Medical Insurance * 401k with Match KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Care & Preventive Treatment * Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planning * Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting * Take and process dental X-rays and digital scans * Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents Patient Education * Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and long-term oral hygiene habits * Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance related to oral health Treatment Coordination & Documentation * Review and update medical histories and patient records * Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning * Document clinical findings accurately in patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) Infection Control & Equipment Care * Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines * Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and treatment rooms QUALIFICATIONS * Licensed Dental Hygienist in Texas * Current CPR/BLS certification * Proficiency in Patient Management Software * Strong communication and patient care skills * Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a team environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Monday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tuesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m
