Schedule: Monday - Friday Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive Pay * Relocation Bonus * Monthly Bonus Incentives * Health Insurance * 401K with Match Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Preventive Treatment * Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planning * Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting * Take and process dental X-rays and digital scans * Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents Patient Education * Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and long-term oral hygiene habits * Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance related to oral health Treatment Coordination & Documentation * Review and update medical histories and patient records * Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning * Document clinical findings accurately in patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) Infection Control & Equipment Care * Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines * Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Qualifications * Licensed Dental Hygienist in Texas * Current CPR/BLS certification * Proficiency in Patient Management Software * Strong communication and patient care skills * Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a team environment Physical Requirements * Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Responsibilities

Perform clinical preventive treatments including cleanings, scaling, and X-rays while conducting oral cancer screenings. Educate patients on oral hygiene and collaborate with dentists to document findings and coordinate treatment plans.
